By accessing or using go-ev's services, products, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website, mobile applications, and connected charger services.

go-ev provides electric vehicle charging equipment, software, and related services. Our offerings include:

• EV charging hardware and installation services
• Mobile applications for charge management
• Web-based management platforms
• Cloud services for monitoring and analytics
• Technical support and maintenance services

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services to harm others or violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated systems to access services without permission

All go-ev hardware products come with a standard warranty:

• Warranty Period: 3 years from date of purchase (5 years with extended plan)
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
• Exclusions: Damage from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or misuse

To claim warranty service, contact our support team with proof of purchase and description of the issue.

Professional installation services are provided by certified partners. By purchasing installation services, you agree to:

• Ensure the installation site is accessible and safe
• Provide accurate information about electrical infrastructure
• Obtain any required permits or approvals
• Pay any additional costs for unforeseen requirements

go-ev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software subject to these Terms. The software includes:

• Mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Web management portals
• Firmware embedded in our hardware

We may update the software automatically to improve functionality and security.

Payment for products and services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Approved business credit terms

For subscription services, billing recurs monthly or annually until cancelled.

go-ev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless go-ev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or courts in Istanbul, Turkey

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
